MD Physician - Psychiatry

Role: MD, Physician/ Principal Investigator - Psychiatry A growing multi-site clinical research organization in Florida is seeking a Principal Investigator to lead the oversight and execution of psychiatric clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceutical sponsors. The PI will uphold Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ensure the integrity of all data generated at the site, in compliance with State, Federal, and Sponsor guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with a passion for advancing psychiatric research in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and screen study participants based on eligibility criteria, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and perform physical examinations and ongoing assessments as required by study protocols. Oversee the identification and reporting of adverse events, manage concomitant medications, and review laboratory reports and ECGs. Conduct and document training for all delegated study staff, providing oversight of proper duty delegation, and maintaining thorough and accurate study documentation Attend and participate in sponsor investigator meetings and ensure full compliance with FDA Form 1572 requirements. Candidates must hold a valid MD or DO medical degree.
