Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families to support meaningful skill development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery

  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making program adjustments as needed

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization across environments

  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff

  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using data tracking systems and electronic records

Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Current state licensure (if required)

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs

  • Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

  • Proficiency with data collection systems and electronic documentation

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Background check clearance required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
