Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active CT BCBA licensure (required)

  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and ongoing student evaluations
  • Creating and overseeing behavior intervention plans
  • Providing direct and consultative services to staff and families
  • Training staff on implementation of positive behavior strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and regularly reporting progress
