Qualifications and Experience:
- Active CT BCBA licensure (required)
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and ongoing student evaluations
- Creating and overseeing behavior intervention plans
- Providing direct and consultative services to staff and families
- Training staff on implementation of positive behavior strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and regularly reporting progress
