School Board Certified Behavior Analysts Job

Location: Mesquite, Texas
Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview:
A school district in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across the district. This itinerant role will provide services to both general education and special education populations, with a strong focus on addressing behavioral needs, supporting student success, and promoting equitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessment and intervention support for students across multiple campuses
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support both general education and special education students
• Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior strategies and best practices
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes

Assignment Details:

• Itinerant role supporting various school sites based on district needs
• Caseload includes students across grade levels

Requirements:

• Active Texas BCBA certification required
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
