Location: Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | Next School Year
37.5 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across a school district in Dallas, TX. This is an itinerant role working across multiple campuses, providing behavioral support to both general education and special education students. The BCBA will play a key role in promoting positive student outcomes, supporting staff, and ensuring effective behavior interventions are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative support to students across campuses
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Train and coach staff on behavior strategies and implementation
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Assignment Details:

• Itinerant position supporting multiple school sites
• Caseload includes students across grade levels

Requirements:

• Active Texas BCBA certification required
• School-based experience preferred
