Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based

Location: South Holland, IL
Schedule: 32.5 Hours/Week | School Hours

Were seeking a dedicated, student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a high-needs school-based population in South Holland, IL. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys collaborating with educators, and is passionate about supporting students with more intensive behavioral and learning needs.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for a high-needs caseload
  • Provide direct and consultative BCBA services to students with significant behavioral challenges, including ASD and related diagnoses
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain effective strategies
  • Deliver ongoing staff training and coaching to support consistency and fidelity of interventions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making and adjust interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to meaningful, measurable goal development

What Were Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with high-needs or intensive support populations preferred
  • Strong classroom collaboration and behavior management expertise
  • Ability to manage a caseload and adapt in a dynamic school setting
