Location: Glendale, AZ 85302, Clinic based.
Schedule: Flexible schedule - Afternoons required
Work Model: On-site with 1 remote day per week after 90-day probation
Salary: $115,000 -125,000 annually, 5k sign on bonus! (Per diem available, hourly pay available)
Credential: Active BCBA certification required with Arizona LBA. (Applied Behavior Analysis)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our brand-new center in Glendale, AZ. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations

  • Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing patient assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions

  • Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress and guide treatment adjustments

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions

  • Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations

  • Provide training, supervision, and clinical guidance to behavior technicians and support staff

  • Ensure all services meet ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in behavioral health

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing

  • Proven experience delivering ABA-based behavioral therapy

  • Strong background working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and progress reporting

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA)

  • Experience conducting comprehensive patient assessments and intake evaluations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, providers, and team members

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to individualized treatment planning
