Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Train and supervise RBTs, paraprofessionals, and staff.
• Implement evidence-based interventions with students.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Adherence to BACB ethical standards and continuing education requirements.
