Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and follow-up coordination
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving mental health outcomes
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices in psychiatric care
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
