A full-time opportunity is available for an Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide high-quality mental health care in a hospital-based setting. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for inpatient populations

Manage and monitor patient treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and follow-up coordination

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving mental health outcomes

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices in psychiatric care

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified in Psychiatry

Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
