With three openings available, you can choose the setting that fits you bestsupporting a specific district in East Aurora, the Algonquin/Carpentersville/Hampshire area, or working in an itinerant role across multiple locations. Whether you're seeking a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) or part-time flexibility, this opportunity allows you to tailor your work while making a lasting difference. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026 through May 21, 2027, offering consistency and the chance to see meaningful student progress over time. What You'll Do: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective, individualized intervention plans Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments Provide both direct services and consultation across general and special education settings Track progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies for maximum impact Mentor and train school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices What You Bring: Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Behavior Analyst Certification (PEL not required) Experience in K-12 school settings (preferred) Strong collaboration and communication skills A passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential If you're looking for a role where your work is valued, your schedule is respected, and your impact is visible every day, this is your opportunity. to support student success and bring meaningful change to schools across the region.
