RISE has supported individuals and families since 1987. Our Clinic ABA Team will provide structured, evidence-based services within a collaborative clinical environment designed for learning, progress, and skill development. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven Behavior Analyst who wants strong mentorship, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a clinic setting.

What You Will Do

Conduct functional assessments and write ABA treatment plans

Manage a 32-hour weekly clinical caseload across direct, supervision, and caregiver skills training

Provide weekly supervision and coaching to RBTs

Deliver caregiver training sessions

Review data and adjust programming weekly

Collaborate with the Behavior Analyst peers and clinical director team

Attend monthly BCBA and team meetings

What Were Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing

Comfortable providing services in a clinic setting and collaborating with treatment teams

Professional, organized, and able to communicate clearly

Reliable transportation

Current CPR and First Aid

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
