Responsibilities As an RBT/Behavioral Therapist Intern at Integrity Learning Center, you'll be a hands-on superhero in a child's journey to success! Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, you'll help children learn important life skillslike communicating, playing, and handling big emotionsthrough fun and engaging activities. Think of it as structured play with a purpose! Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll work one-on-one with children aged 2-7, helping them gain confidence, independence, and essential skills that will serve them for life. Every high-five, every new word, and every small victory is a step toward creating lasting change! Qualifications What You Need to Succeed: Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred) Passion for working with children and a commitment to high-quality care Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire (we provide support!)
