Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School Setting

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time, Full School Year, 30 hours per week
Caseload: K-8 grade
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and implementation
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral goal development
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when needed
• Provide RBT supervision

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or state License
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in a school setting preferred, not required
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
