Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School Setting

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time, Full School Year, 30 hours per week
Caseload: K-8 grade
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and implementation
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral goal development
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when needed
- Provide RBT supervision
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or state License
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in a school setting preferred, not required
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
