• Board-certified within 5 years of training required
• Child and adolescent fellowship training required
• IOP and PHP treatment programs
• TMS therapy available
• Average caseload of 40 patients
• One hour evaluations, 30-45 minute follow-ups
• Located in Greater Milwaukee Area
