• Monday Friday full-time schedule
• Adult and child/adolescent psychiatry services
• IOP/PHP and TMS treatment programs
• Board-certified within 5 years preferred
• Child/adolescent fellowship training required
• Dual diagnosis patient care opportunities
• At least one hour for evaluations
• Located in Chicago suburb
