This contract opportunity, beginning July 20th, 2026, seeks 1-2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve students for part or all of the new school year. The assignment is full-time and based at a single campus, offering stability and a consistent setting to apply your expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current BCBA certification, maintained in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric behavioral settings preferred.
  • Proficiency designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Strong skills in consultation, assessment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary educational teams.
  • Ability to conduct staff training and parent education sessions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpret data to inform targeted interventions.
  • Create, model, and monitor the implementation of BIPs across classroom settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leaders to build capacity for positive behavior support.
  • Facilitate staff and family meetings to review student progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral specialist.
  • Serve as an on-site resource to ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices.
