Join Our Team as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist (Hybrid)

At Positive Directions Psychological Services, we are looking for dedicated Licensed Psychologists, Professional Counselors, and Clinical Social Workers to join our expanding team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with both adults and children, conducting Psychological Testing for ADHD/Autism and Psychological assessments. We offer the flexibility to create your own schedule and require onsite presence one day per week. As an independent contractor, your compensation will be based on a percentage of the revenue generated from the services billed on your behalf. We accept all major insurances and provide assistance with credentialing as needed. Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct Psychological Testing for ADHD/Autism
• Perform Psychological assessments for both adults and children
• Create treatment plans and interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and discharge planning
• Utilize telehealth and telemedicine for therapy sessions

Required Skills:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Psychiatry practices
• Ability to conduct Treatment Plannings
• Experience in Crisis Intervention

Salary and Benefits:

The maximum salary for this position varies. Compensation is a percentage of revenue generated.  Benefits include flexible scheduling, autonomy in creating your own schedule, and the opportunity to work with a compassionate, client-centered team.
