This is a full time hourly remote position. Hours will be scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit. The minimum availability requirement for this role is five weekdays of availability in least two time-blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be assigned in partnership with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.
Qualificions:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Educion, or reled field
  • Current BCBA certificion from the Behavior Analyst Certificion Board (BACB)
  • Ste licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your ste)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism
  • Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
  • Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizional and time management abilities

Position Overview: We are seeking a passione and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic services for clients with autism and reled disorders. The role requires occasional travel to client locions, supervision sites, and team meetings as needed
Reports to: Regional Clinical Director
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized trement plans
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
  • Provide remote supervision and consultion services to clients and their families
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
  • Collect and analyze da to monitor client progress
  • Collabore with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accure and timely documention
  • Participe in team meetings and case reviews
  • Stay current with the lest research and best practices in ABA therapy
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulory requirements
  • Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximely 20-30% travel requirement) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
