We're seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide virtual supervision services for a specialized educational setting. This flexible, part-time contract runs through summer 2026, allowing you to lend your expertise with a minimal weekly commitment while making a difference for students and educators.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Current Rhode Island LBA license (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing BCBA-level supervision, preferably in school settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate virtually with school staff
  • Proficiency in adhering to ethical and best-practice guidelines for behavior analysis
  • Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently and remotely

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer high-quality virtual supervision for staff implementing behavior support plans
  • Ensure fidelity of behavior-analytic procedures in compliance with ethical standards and district policies
  • Consult regularly with educators and support staff; provide feedback, guidance, and resources
  • Document supervision activities and progress as required by regulatory and school standards
  • Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis relevant to educational settings
