This contract assignment provides the opportunity to work onsite supporting learners in a dynamic school-based environment, with a manageable caseload of approximately 50-60 students. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and current BCBA certification is required
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children and adolescents is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practical application in educational settings
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple student needs effectively
  • Flexibility for onsite work, with openness to support travel candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students, ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Implement and monitor individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
  • Train, support, and provide guidance to teachers, school staff, and families on behavior intervention strategies
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators to ensure optimal outcomes for students
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines
