Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team in delivering high-quality behavioral intervention services for children and young adults (ages 18 months to 21 years) with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. This role primarily involves clinic-based service delivery, with occasional opportunities for community-based services. The Behavior Analyst will design and implement individualized programs focused on both skill development (e.g., early intensive behavioral intervention) and behavior reduction (e.g., severe behavior clinic).

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, using data to inform treatment adjustments and optimize outcomes.
- Provide clinic-based behavioral services, with flexibility for community-based delivery when needed.
- Deliver intensive skill-building interventions, including programs targeting early developmental milestones.
- Develop and oversee behavior reduction programs for clients with severe or challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists) to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Train and supervise support staff in the application of ABA techniques, promoting high standards of care and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data collection, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Work Environment
This position is based primarily in a clinic setting, with occasional travel for community-based services. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field and at least 2 years of experience in child development. Licensure as required for position.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Grade: GGS - 010
