The position begins in August 2026, but there is a possibility of participating in orientation this July, helping you acclimate and prepare for a successful year ahead. You'll play a pivotal role guiding a team, driving the implementation of behavior intervention plans, and providing hands-on support. With just 14 students, your expertise will have measurable impact. Qualifications and Experience Desired: Active BCBA certification required Consideration given to LBS-certified professionals Experience supervising RBTs and conducting FBAs Strong background in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans Ability to create effective visual tools and resources for staff training Familiarity with supporting students with challenging behaviors, including physical and self-injurious actions Responsibilities Include: Supervising RBTs to ensure fidelity of behavioral interventions Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Designing and updating individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Creating visuals and training materials for ongoing staff development Collaborating closely with educational teams and families Compensation for this full-time role aligns with your expertise, ranging from $52.50 to $57.50 per hour.
