Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role for the 2026/2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting high school students in a collaborative educational environment. This full-time contract opportunity involves working 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing your expertise across several closely situated high school campuses. You'll work side-by-side with school psychologists and administrative teams, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), classroom observations, behavior intervention planning, and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Your input will be vital in designing effective interventions and supporting students, particularly those with emotional disturbances, so they can succeed in their learning and social environments. Ideal candidates bring: Current BCBA certification from the BACB At least one year of experience practicing ABA in a school setting Prior work with high school students, especially those with ED diagnoses Solid crisis intervention and de-escalation training Excellent communication and collaborative skills Access to reliable transportation, given the itinerant nature of this position Your hourly compensation will reflect your experience and degree level, with rates between $50-$60 per hour.
