What we need for this job:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field OR one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor's degrees
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Experience working with pregnant individuals, single parents, and families with infants
- Role includes outreach, supportive counseling, parent coaching, skill building, connecting families to resources, completing assessments, completing registration documents, intake and care plans
- Interested and curious about child development, parenting, infant mental health, parent-child relationships n
- Collaborative team member who is ready to jump in, support our clients and team
- Community outreach experience and interest, occasional ability to transport clients to connect to care
- Has capacity to work until 6:30 PM at least one day a week
