WHAT YOULL DO

Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children, including 1:1 therapy, small group sessions, and social skills groups across clinic, home, and educational settings.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals across all domains, including behavior, communication, academics, social skills, and daily living using

evidence-based interventions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and treatment plans.

Partner closely with families to facilitate generalization of skills learned in sessions into the home and community.

Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.

Stay current with ABA research, industry developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications:

1 year working with children with autism and 1 year of supervision experience overseeing and training staff

Valid BCBA credential/license
