Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Are you a credentialed BCBA looking for a role with a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and meaningful growth opportunities? Ro Health is seeking a talented BCBA to support students across the Bothell, Mukilteo, and Lake Stevens school districts. This is a field-based role no office visits required. About the Role This position is primarily focused on supervision within school settings, with additional opportunities to collaborate with our behavioral services team to develop innovative support strategies for the students and communities we serve. Why Ro Health Flexible, self-directed schedule (Monday -Friday, school hours) Competitive compensation with weekly direct deposit Career development opportunities Commuter benefits up to $315/month through Edenred 24/7 administrative and clinical support Healthcare benefits for eligible providers PTO and sick time for all providers, including per diem staff Position Details Type: Full-time Setting: In-person (school-based) with remote work for administrative tasks and virtual meetings Location: Bothell, Mukilteo, and Lake Stevens surrounding school districts Schedule: Monday Friday, school hours Compensation: $80/hour Target Start Date: August 1, 2026 (onboarding, team integration, and meetings) ; September 3, 2026 (first day of school) Caseload Supervise a caseload of 5 20 providers Supervision hours vary by case: 5% hours and IEP hours range from approximately 2 6 hours per provider per week Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision services within school settings Communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with children and adults Collaborate with the behavioral services team on student support strategies Participate in IEP meetings as required Perform physical tasks as needed, including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, and occasionally bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 lbs Qualifications Active BCBA and/or LBA credential (please include your certification number on your resume) Master's degree required Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred About Ro Health Ro Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency with over a decade of experience connecting school districts with skilled, compassionate healthcare providers.
