As a Residential Counselor, you ll:

Work an awake overnight position

Closely supervise and continuously monitor the health, safety, and well-being of each student during the overnight hours.

Teach communication and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Build positive relationships and celebrate every success

Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians

Receive paid training and coaching

What You ll Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years of age

Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors

Valid Driver s License + Personal Vehicle

CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)

NECC CALM training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
