Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Whitehall, Pennsylvania

A dynamic school district near Whitehall, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be an instrumental part of their team for the upcoming academic year. As this is a newly established BCBA role for the district, your data-driven mindset and collaborative approach will be highly valued. You'll play a key role in building foundational behavior analysis systems alongside educators and support staff, creating meaningful change for students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Strong ability to use data to inform decision-making and interventions
• Experience in both general and special education settings preferred
• Collaborative and communicative with a variety of school staff
• Capable of independently traveling between multiple school sites
• Prepared to submit a redacted Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) sample and provide references upon request

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, onsite role (3740 hours per week) for the full academic year
• Serve across three district school sites, supporting K-12 students
• Deliver direct services to students, conduct classroom observations (including in emotional support settings), lead Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop behavior intervention plans
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and work closely with psychologists and educators to promote positive outcomes
• No virtual or hybrid scheduleonsite presence is required to drive collaboration and consistency
