Registered Behavior Technician Needed - Stafford Springs, CT

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for a caring and dependable RBT to support students in a full time, school setting position. In this role, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with students who have diverse learning and behavioral needs. You will help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with classroom activities
• Support behavior and routines
• Help implement IEP goals
• Encourage student engagement
• Document student progress

Qualifications:

• RBT certification
• High school diploma required
• Associates degree or certification preferred
• Experience with children or special needs preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and proactive mindset
