Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as an ABA Therapist
  • Previous experience supporting elementary school-aged children is highly valued
  • Comfortable working 1:1 with a 5th-grade student, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and team members
  • Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic about making a difference

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, individualized behavior intervention and support to an elementary student during school hours
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational staff to reinforce positive behaviors
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a clinical team or BCBA
  • Collect and record student data to track progress and inform ongoing strategies
  • Maintain a supportive, engaging environment to encourage academic and social growth
