What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct services to children and youth in home, school, and community settings using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will:
Responsibilities Include:
Provide 1:1 ABA-based instruction and behavioral supports
Implement treatment and behavior plans prepared by a supervising BCBA
Model strategies for parents and caregivers to support progress at home
Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment goals
Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings and collaborate with other providers
Complete timely and accurate documentation of all sessions and contacts
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant direct service experience (required)
Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior planning, and intervention strategies (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with caregivers and team members
Must be age 21+ (required)
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)
