Arbor Place, Inc. is seeking a passionate and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Menomonie, WI. Position Overview
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations
- Providing individual, family, and potentially group therapy services
- Developing treatment plans with effective, evidence-based interventions
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success
- Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests

Qualifications include:
- Masters degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
