What You'll Do as a Behavior Analyst at Pine Rest As a Behavior Analyst, you will work closely with residential teams, caregivers, and multidisciplinary providers to support individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions and programming. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized behavior support plans and treatment goals Monitor behavioral data and adjust plans based on progress and outcomes Provide consultation and support regarding behavior management strategies Train residential staff on behavior plans, interventions, and data collection methods Educate caregivers, parents, and teachers on behavior management techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across residential and community programs Design and oversee behavior programs to ensure effective implementation Support a safe, therapeutic, and person-centered environment for clients Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and guidance to staff and caregivers
