Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other relevant evaluations for students
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff on ABA strategies and data collection procedures
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of interventions and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding teachers, counselors, and administratorsto support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for behavior supports
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure consistency of support across home and school environments
