What Youll Bring:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention strategies, and data collection
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students as assigned
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff in implementing positive behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed for student growth and success
• Consult with educators and related service professionals to support students educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student support
• Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical professional standards
