Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)

Location -Springfield, Missouri

Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention services

• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Support individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team

• Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings

• Deliver trauma-informed and client-centered care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• Active PLPC in Missouri or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Strong skills in counseling, assessment, and treatment planning

• Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
