Clinical / Therapy - Clinical Therapist

Overview: The Family Service Workercoordinates and delivers various programmatic interventions based uponstrengths and needs identified in a treatment or service plan. Interventionsinclude individual, group and family counseling. The Case Manager acts as aliaison with sponsoring agencies, including utilization review. Preparesaccurate documentation of services delivered within set time frames. Sequel TSIof Tuskegee services adjudicated adolescents, ages 12 - 18.

Qualifications: This position requires aMaster's Degree from an accredited program in social work or relateddiscipline. Must have 1 year experience with adjudicated adolescents to includefamily and group work or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be capable of relating to students, other staff and external professionalsin a manner to disseminate information in a clear and understandable format.The incumbent will have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with avaried of variables in situations where only limited standardization exist as wellas interpret educational and case assessments.
