Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Overview: Our well-established mental health and addiction treatment practice is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. Our role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care including medical intakes, assessments, and medication management across clinic-based and telehealth settings. Our environment supports both new graduates and experienced providers in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid structure with in-clinic care and 1 telehealth day per week
• Travel to clinic locations for patient care
• Competitive salary range of $125,000–$150,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, medical intakes, and comprehensive patient assessments
• Provide ongoing medication management for mental health and substance use disorders
• Deliver care to adolescent and adult patients (13+) across clinic and telehealth settings
• Travel to assigned clinic sites to provide in-person patient care
• Conduct telehealth visits at least one day per week
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• New graduates and experienced providers welcome to apply
• Strongly preferred experience in mental health, addiction recovery, or IOP/PHP settings
• Active or eligible licensure in Colorado
• Spanish language skills a plus
