Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

SALARY:$40.00 per hour (per Unit A contract)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
• Train faculty and staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators, therapists, and medical personnel.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Generate reports and documentation related to student progress.
