The Grantham School District is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative candidate for the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert BCBA services to a diverse student population across the PK-6 spectrum. Primary duties include the development, implementation, and refinement of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), as well as conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). By utilizing data-driven insights, the BCBA will adjust treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of students and will play a critical role in monitoring progress and providing hands-on coaching to support staff regarding effective behavior management techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing caseloads that include students with mild to severe behavioral challenges. We are looking for a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between clinical data and practical classroom application. The successful candidate will have strong caseload management skills tailored to a fast-paced school environment, positive communication, a high degree of initiative, and a commitment to working as a team.
