Responsibilities
Provide consultative BCBA services to teachers and school staff
Conduct classroom observations and provide behavioral recommendations
Assist with data collection systems and progress monitoring
Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention strategies
Model evidence-based behavioral strategies for staff implementation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Support staff in implementing consistent behavioral programming

Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience in school-based settings preferred
Strong knowledge of FBA development and data collection systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
Experience supporting K12 self-contained classrooms strongly preferred
