Position Details
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Setting: On-Site Only
Caseload: Middle School Students Only
Service Model: Direct and consultative services

Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral services to middle school students
Deliver consultative support and training to school staff
Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress
Support educators in implementing evidence-based practices for students with autism
Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program development

Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience supporting educators with evidence-based autism interventions
Strong data collection and progress monitoring systems experience
