The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL! The RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
Schedule: 7:30a - 3:00p; 37.5 hours per week (off on all holidays and scheduled school closures with summer school hours available!)
Pay Range: $20-$22/hour
What We're Looking For

RBT Certification in good standing
Safety Care Certification - SSG will provide training, please prepare candidates
1+ year of experience as an RBT supporting the pediatric population
Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required

What You'll Do

Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
Support classroom and individual student needs
Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
Communicate with school and district staff
