We are currently hiring a Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to provide mental and behavioral healthcare services within a correctional facility setting in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Registered Nurses, mental health professionals, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care, safety, and treatment plans in a secure clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient behavior, mood, and safety concerns
• Administer medications and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with crisis intervention and patient stabilization
• Support daily patient care and therapeutic activities
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary mental health teams

Required Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) License
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
