Responsibilities and Duties Conduct skill assessments to determine the client's strengths and areas of need Create a treatment plan that maximizes their strengths and addresses their deficits Implement the plan in a way that works for the client's and family's unique needs Provide direct services to the client or supervise highly trained behavior therapists (depending on the case) Collaborate with other members of the child's team (other providers, school, etc.) Possible opportunity to run a group class with up to 5 kids/teens in Glen Head or Locust Valley.
