Day to Day: Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive student programming. Engage with caregivers to support the whole child. Serve as a leader in developing behavior support systems utilizing compassionate responses to student behaviors. Collaboratively support and supervise RBTs. Conduct functional and skills-based assessments, then train and coach staff to confidently implement individualized support strategies. Monitor and evaluate student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis and review meetings Qualifications: BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings. Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. Excellent data analysis skills. Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
