Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned student(s).
  • Assess and monitor student health conditions throughout the school day.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Develop, review, and implement individualized healthcare plans and nursing care plans.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in mental health assessment and biopsychosocial assessment.
  • Strong patient interaction skills and ability to work with co-occurring disorders.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric nursing, psychopharmacology, and crisis prevention.
  • Ability to provide group counseling and substance abuse treatment.
  • Experience in behavioral health, depression, anxiety, and addiction treatment.

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
