What Youll Need:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid NJ licensure for the role
  • Experience providing behavior analytic services for children and adolescents, especially in K-12 settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, collect data, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff
  • Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and positive behavior supports
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help integrate behavioral goals into academic plans
