GME Director- Behavioral Health

Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Director of Behavioral Health is a faculty member of the residency program. The GME Director of Behavioral Health leads the behavioral health curriculum, works with our medical residents, educating and providing individual and group sessions for our medical residents.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Doctorate degree in Psychology.

2. Masters degree for behavioralist with GME experience.

1. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population.

2. Experience in a GME program is preferred.

3. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

4. Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practice.
