Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
15 hours per week
Responsibilities
The Registered Behavior Technician will:
Provide direct behavioral support to students during ESY programming
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA or school team
Collect and document behavioral data accurately
Support skill acquisition and positive behavior strategies
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
Maintain professional and consistent implementation of ABA strategies
Requirements
Active RBT certification required
Experience working in school-based or clinical ABA settings preferred
Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity and maintain accurate data collection
Compensation for this position ranges from $19.80 to $39.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
